Product characteristics:
It is made of ultra-fine silver powder and low-temperature curing thermoplastic resin. It is suitable for screen printing of various types of thin film switch conductive lines and has good printing, electrical conductivity, antioxidant properties and excellent adhesion.

Remarks: The line resistance of the line loop with a length of 1.5 M, a width of 0.6 mm, and a thickness of 3 μm polyester mesh wire is used.

method of application：

1, use: Please use ink knife gently stir, use standard screen printing method silk printing.

2, recommended film thickness: 3 to 5 μm(dry film).

3, screen form: can use 200 to 350 purpose polyester mesh or stainless steel mesh for silk printing.

4, scratch glue: PU scratch glue or other soluble scratch glue, silk printing scratch glue tilt degree 60 to 70 degrees.

Curing method：
After the silver pulp is printed, it must be baked at a low temperature of 130 °C for 30 minutes. The temperature can be higher or longer. The performance of the cured silver line will be better, and it can also be cured by infrared heating furnace.

clean：
Wash with ethyl acetate, butyl acetate and other solvents.
